Unión Masónica Universal del Rito Moderno (or Universal Masonic Union of the Modern Rite / UMURM / UMUMR) was founded in Barcelona in 2008. The Union is active in Brazil, Colombia, Equador, the USA and Cuba. Information on the world wide web does not say as much, but I was asured that the Union has mixed lodges.

Gran Logia Femenina de Chile, according to their logo founded in 1983. The Grand Lodge has 13 lodges in Chile, 2 in Cuba, 1 in Panama and one in Peru.
