The first mixed gender lodge in Bulgaria was founded in 1926. In 1932 the Bulgarian federation was a fact.
The Grand Lodge of Freemasonry for Men and Women used to state that it had 10 lodges in Bulgaria (8 in Sofia, 1 in Burgas and 1 in Veliko Tarnovo). In Skopje in Macedonia another lodge meets: Slobodni Graditeli. The website under the main domain is gone, but this still exists (17/6/2024), which is the same website as which used to be accessible through a proper domain name. Copyright until 2016, domain gone, would the Grand Lodge still exist? The page I link to says that there is a daugher GL in Bulgaria, but I can’t find it.
Großorient von Österreich. Founded in 1961, has 8 lodges in Austria and one in Sofia (Bulgaria). The lodge is called Orpheus Sofia, is a mixed gender lodge (GvO also has two men-only lodges) founded in 2012 working the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite.

International Masonic Order “Delphi” resides in Greece, but has lodges in Greece, Brazil, Bulgaria, Romenia and the USA.
The Order was founded in 1926, and was restructured in 1996, under the name “Delphi International Freemasonic Order”.
The first Mixed Lodge was founded in 1926, under the aegis of The International Mixed Freemasonic Order ” Le Droit Humain “, that resides in Paris. In 1996, the General Assembly of the Order unanimously voted its re-establishment under the separate name of “DELPHI”.

Women’s Grand Lodge of Bulgaria is a Grand Lodge since 2018 and grew out of the Women’s Grand Lodge of France. It seems to have four lodges.
